Bespoke Training in Arbitration, Advocacy and Dispute Resolution:

Andrew’s legal practice has included a wide array of arbitration, advocacy and dispute resolution training.

He is a qualified Higher Courts Advocate and is an accredited NITA advocacy trainer.

He is an accredited CIArb teaching faculty member, and teaches and examines CIArb courses in commercial arbitration, especially award writing.

He has conducted tailored teaching in arbitration for law firms, for example in Mongolia, and for Arbitral Institutions, for example Panel Arbitrators in Vietnam.

Andrew’s training is very much bespoke and tailored to the needs of individual Firms and clients. A wide range of contentious topics can be covered to the depth required. The focus of this training is primarily on international and comparative subjects, such as international arbitration and investment treaties, cross border and jurisdictional issues, Civil versus Common law, EU and other regional issues.

For business executives and in-house lawyers, Andrew teaches claims avoidance, preparation and management, as well as dealing with regulatory investigations and raids.

The training can be from a few hours to 10 days and is steered towards case studies based on real disputes, and as inter-active as can be achieved.
