The focus of this training is however more on international and comparative subjects, such as international arbitration and investment treaties, cross border and jurisdictional issues, Civil versus Common law, EU and other regional issues.
  • For business executives and in-house lawyers, Andrew teaches claims avoidance, preparation and management, as well as dealing with regulatory investigations and raids.
  • The training can be from a few hours to a couple of days and is steered towards case studies based on real disputes, and as inter-active as can be achieved.
  • Costs will vary depending upon content, location and duration. However, once details have been agreed, Andrew will usually be able to give a fixed all-in price to cover the training, materials, travel and accommodation.
